In addition to construction projects, we offer all necessary technical installations for data centers through our subsidiary Imtech. Imtech has an impressive track record, as demonstrated by their work for the KPN data center in Ghent and the LCL data center. For KPN in Ghent, Imtech provided a medium-voltage installation, grounding installations, distribution boards, and a UPS system with dual N+1 and dual static bypass. They also handled power distribution, lighting and emergency lighting, fire detection systems with complex integrations, and gas extinguishing systems. Furthermore, Imtech installed access control, camera surveillance, leak detection systems, intercoms, data cabling and fiber connections, as well as 48V DC rectifiers with associated DC distribution. This project covered a gross area of 2,000 m².
For LCL, Imtech also carried out critical installations, including a 2MW cooling system, 16 CRACs of 100kW, GBS frequency controls for pumps, climate cabinets and air handling, as well as electrical boards for HVAC systems and leak detection.
