Keppel Data Centers is the first pure-play REIT data center in Asia, listed on the Singapore Exchange.

The Almere data center is a three-story facility built in 2008 and located in the Sallandsekant business park in Almere. Sallandsekant business park is aimed at users of logistical real estate and has various distribution centers. The data center is well equipped with an alarm system and numerous security cameras, as well as a nitrogen-related fire suppression system. Uninterrupted Power Systems and generators ensure a constant power supply for our customers. With good connections to North America and Europe via submarine cables, Almere Data Center offers a very connected and safe environment for our customers.
